With every decision, we honored the home’s architectural beauty and its panoramic views — letting nature take center stage while refining each space with intentional simplicity.
A personal movie theater, custom-tailored for immersive nights in, adds an unexpected layer of luxury. Throughout the home, a subtle western influence runs through the materials and styling — from worn leather accents to art that nods to the rugged spirit of the Rockies.
Our client’s meaningful pieces brought story and personality into the project. We thoughtfully wove them into the design, transforming not just the rooms, but the way they interact with the space. The result is a home that feels elevated yet deeply personal — a place where story, style, and setting live in harmony.
Ponte Vedra Beach Project
This Ponte Vedra Beach home was a top-to-bottom transformation, where every detail was considered to create a space that feels modern, layered, and personal. From sculptural lighting to playful pops of color and unexpected texture moments, the design balances boldness with warmth.
We incorporated a few meaningful pieces the couple brought with them, like cherished artwork, to give the home a grounded, lived-in feel. Custom ceiling wallpapering adds depth and surprise to key spaces, while curated furnishings and finishes reflect an elevated yet easygoing lifestyle.
The result is a home that feels both curated and comfortable — a true reflection of the people who live there.
Sunny Isles Condo

Situated in one of Miami’s most exclusive neighborhoods, this 4,500 sq. ft. condo was designed as a refined yet welcoming retreat for a couple, their two children, and three grandchildren.While incorporating select pieces from their previous residence, we introduced exquisite furnishings to enhance the space, blending sleek sophistication with inviting comfort. Leather sofas, velvet chairs, and marble tables establish a modern foundation, while bold accent pieces add vibrancy and personality.
Designed to maximize the breathtaking ocean views, the living room offers a seamless balance of luxury and relaxation. In the master bedroom, a palette of white leather, linen, and fur creates a serene and airy ambiance. The powder room delivers a true "wow" moment with its custom-lit onyx sink, dramatically set against floral wallpaper.
To optimize space, we combined two rear bedrooms, creating a comfortable haven for the children. Throughout the home, a modern, lustrous aesthetic brings together elegance and ease—the perfect escape for a beachside getaway.
Ponte Vedra Beach House

This 1990s traditional home was reimagined for a well-traveled couple with a passion for art, global treasures, and a distinctive design aesthetic. Our goal was to seamlessly blend contemporary style with the home’s original architecture, creating a space that felt both modern and timeless.
To enhance the flow and openness, we removed three traditional columns framing the dining room, transforming the front of the house into one expansive, light-filled space. A floor-to-ceiling wood-paneled wall now makes a bold statement at the entry, cleverly concealing a newly added half bath.
Throughout the home, new wood flooring and crisp white walls amplify the abundance of natural light, creating an inviting and airy atmosphere. The kitchen was reconfigured for functionality, featuring an island, built-in storage, and extra seating. A white-on-white palette paired with modern appliances and refined finishes gives the space a fresh, contemporary look.
The master bath was expanded to accommodate updated finishes, a skylight, and sleek glass elements, enhancing both style and comfort. A restrained color palette throughout the home allows the couple’s eclectic travel collection to take center stage, ensuring their unique stories and inspirations are beautifully displayed.
Marsh Landing Living Room

For this Marsh Landing home, our focus was on furnishing the living room to enhance its natural light, soaring ceilings, and airy feel. By incorporating a mix of rich textures, warm materials, and bold accents, we created a space that feels both elegant and inviting.
Emerald green furnishings, layered in varying textures and proportions, bring depth and balance to the room, while an oversized coffee table in natural leather and wood serves as a striking focal point. A traditional-style rug, paired with family artwork, ties the space together—blending sophistication with a sense of warmth and personality.
