At Oca Studio, we take pride in curating high-quality home décor pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-refundable:
- Candles and home fragrances (if used)
- Gift cards
Damages & Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us at marketing@ocastudio.us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will work with you to issue a replacement or store credit.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- For in-store returns, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at marketing@ocastudio.us with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
